SARL or EARL for activity holidays using our gites?

Just thinking through your suggestion to register as an EARL and wonder whether as a couple if it would be more advantageous to register as a SARL.

  1. Can you point out the pluses and minuses of setting up a SARL instead of an EARL?
  2. Will we have to pay cotisisations if not earning and how can we avoid this happening?
  3. At the moment we have a cmu carte vitale. What happens with the carte vitale when we start a business?
  4. What are the rules regarding the preparation of food in a Chambre d’hotes?
  5. Do we need a licence to serve alcohol with food?
