SARL - décennale policy after take over

We are looking into the option of taking over an existing SARL construction company. The company has been operating in France for 6 years and completed many projects. As you can imagine we are worried, that once we take over the company, we will be liable for all works completed by our predecessor and will have to fix & pay for repairs included in the 10 year workmanship & 3 year material guarantee. Do you know if there is a way to draw a line between the old and new businesses owners via a contract for example? We would need to change the names on the insurance policy anyway as we will be the new owners but I assume it’s the company that’s liable so there is no legal way to bind the former owners to fulfill the old Décennale?
