SARL business employers rights in France?

As an employee or employer of a société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) business in France does this give any rights so we could stay in the country indefinitely so we can work within the company? I guess I am asking can we still be asked as UK residents to ever leave the country even though we own a SARL company that would stop us from operating the business?
