Rupture conventionelle and assedic entitlement?

  1. If someone agrees to leave a company under the agreement of rupture conventionelle and in the agreement the employee has agreed to leave the company for personal reasons - are they entitled to the assedic?
  2. Do they have to specify what the personal reasons are?
  3. If they have worked more than 2 years on contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) contract and are aged 45 years - is there any website that can equate their Assedic entitlement?
