Running a UK limited company from France question 3

Thank you for your other answers under various threads.

Just to clarify that I have understood correctly, I can:
1. retain the UK limited company and pay myself dividends which I will enter on my French tax return
2. Start a ME with a minimum of two clients, one of which can be the UK limited company, as long as the services offered in the ME and the UK limited company are not exactly the same

Also, with regard to income tax, I have seen the tax grid for 2021 and wanted to check if I have understood this right: there are two of us in our household. If my husband and I between us have income (from business, dividends, pension, rent etc) of 51,420 Euros, would we pay 11% tax on 25,710 Euros (2,828 Euros)?  If so, and we had income of 60,000 Euros (ie 30,000 each) would the first 25,710 Euros be taxed at 11% and the remaining 4,290 be taxed at 30%?

Many thanks
