What are the rules and regulations for offering tea, coffee, cakes and cold drinks to guests that we invite into our garden. We will not be offering any hot food or alcohol. I am concerned about the following:
- Do I need permission from the Marie and are any inspections required?
- Is training in food hygiene standards required?
- Is there a maximum number of tables allowed?
