RSI registration for medical reimbursements?

I have received an Attestation d’Affiliation from RSI stating that I have been registered with them since the 7th of June 2010, the day I started my first AE business. This was never communicated to CPAM and so all my reimbursements have come from CPAM for the entire 5 years that I have been in France. I am planning to send a copy of this Attestation to CPAM and also to my mutuelle, but I’m not sure what kind of explanation I should include. Can you help me? Also, do I have to contact RAM again, or send them a copy of the Attestation, too?
