RSI now Secu Independants - how do I find who to talk to?

Hi Valerie,
I recently asked here about the non arrival of a Carte Vitale (after 9 months of working as auto entrepreneur).
I know I need to chase it up - but RSI no longer exists and I’m very unclear where to start with the new Secu system (I can’t create an account to access my details online, I seem to be missing key codes) .
It looks like the only office relevant to me as a profession liberale is the Paris one, is this the place I start the enquiry?
