RSI English helpline in France?

I am an auto-entrepreneur business here in France and my wife is expecting a baby. She went to register at the hospital and they told her there was a problem with her card. She uses it at docs and gets the reimbursements so we aren’t sure what the problem is.

She went to caisse primaire d’assurance maladie (CPAM) but they said she must go to régime social des indépendants (RSI). We aren’t sure where the local office is in the 06 area. Is there an English help line number?
