Reopening after closing down as an auto-entrepreneur

When I arrived in France, I registered as an auto-entrepreneur and then realised I needed to give myself some time to get settled before embarking on this, so I closed it down with one of the cessation forms. I am now ready to get going and I want to understand if it is possible to re-register as an auto-entrepreneur afresh, or if I can reopen the one I closed ?
