Renting an office as auto-entrepreneur?

My significant other and I are both auto-entrepreneurs. Our business is currently located in our residence. However, the space is far too small for us and we are thinking renting an apartment in the suburbs. We would like to keep the place we have been residing as an office for our business. However, before we make the move, we would like to know the tax implications of this.

We own the office-to-be in Paris, but have a mortgage. If we move, we would rent our residence in the suburbs. That would mean paying both the mortgage on our office, and the rent on our new residence. If there is a significant tax increase for having an office, this would prove too much of a burden to be economically feasible.

What is/are the tax(es) if your business if your business is located in an office separate from your domicile?
