Renewal of a lease as auto-entrepreneur bail commercial 3/6/9

I have been told that if you set up as an auto entrepreneur, that after your original lease period expires (for me after 3 years) the owners have no obligation to renew your lease. If you set up as a Micro Enterprise this is not the case and you have a rolling lease and would be able to sell on the droit au bail? Any tips please.
