Reimbursement Feuille De Soins

I am an auto entrepreneur in the services category, professional liberale. Typically, I am automatically reimbursed by carte vitale for payments/visits I make to doctors using my green carte vitale card.

I have received a Feuille de Soins (brown form) from a specialist I recently went to see, who said I should send it off by post to be reimbursed. I used to send these to the RSI to be reimbursed by carte vitale but am aware that there have been some changes. Who must I post the form to now?
