Regulations with regards to making cosmetics in France?

A friend of mine wants to make cosmetics using beeswax and sell on markets. She is already has auto-entrepreneur business in France making and selling honey and craft items on markets, can she do this under her existing code or are there regulations with regards making cosmetics? If anyone can answer this I would appreciate the input.
