Regulations to set up of a home food business?

I’m researching the possibility of setting up a food business from my home (rented) kitchen. It isn’t a professional kitchen either and I’m not sure if this would be a problem? I would like to sell my food in a variety of ways such as takeaway / delivery, catering, at local markets and possibly even a small popup restaurant from my home or other venues. I’m guessing there must be some hygiene requirements, insurance etc, etc? Can you advise what the requirements are please?
