Registration of different business activities in France?

I am looking to open a business in France as a lifestyle coach providing private consultations and group meditations. Later on I might be selling supplementary products. My understanding is conseiller de vie, accompagnement au changement, coach - is a business liberale and vente de suppléments alimentaires is a business commerciale.

  1. Do I need to register the business with different bodies for this two activities?
  2. How do I pay my business taxes… separately for each activity or under my main activity?
