Registration for freelance singer and musician?

I am a classical singer, voice teacher and pianist living in Paris with my wife. I have the titre de séjour compétences et talents. I am starting to get work as a singer and also establish myself as a voice teacher. The work I do as a singer will be declared, while the work I do as a voice teacher comes to me in cash. I read with great interest the post on November 15 from the guitar teacher, but I think I am on step 1 of his post, that is, how to register myself properly.
