Registering with net enterprises in France?

I am having problems registering with net enterprises. I started my French business in October, and have been paying social charges monthly by post to URSSAF. I am trying to register in order to do this online. However, am unsure what my password is, and when selecting the option to create a new one, am advised that the session has expired! How do I proceed?
