Registering gite business as Micro BIC with Chambre de Commerce?

Our gite business was registered direct with Impot as Micro Entreprise BIC in 2012 as it was not main source of income. For 2013 gite business is likely to be main source of income, so need to register it with the Chambre de Commerce in order to receive a Carte Vitale from RSI. Can we register with Chambre de Commerce as Micro BIC (paying 14% social charge) or do we have to register as auto-entrepreneur?
