Registering for Droit Individuel Formation as a training business?

I want to register as a training business so that my business clients will have the right to claim Droit Individuel Formation (DIF). I think the form that I need is Cerfa:10782*02 : Bulletin de déclaration d’activité d’un prestataire de formation. Is that correct and where does it actually have to be sent to?
