Registering as an auto-entrepreneur walking tour guide in France?

I want to register as an auto-entrepreneur and work as a walking tour guide in France. I have done it before, whilst working for a company and turned out to be pretty successful at it. Now, legally in France, I am not an official certified tour guide, so the company I worked for employed me and all of their guides as accompagateurs de touristes. The company itself was registered under Activites des Agences de Voyage. My intention is to show off the city itself, without going inside building or monuments, hence, not breaking any laws. This leads me to my first few questions.

Accompagnateur de touristes does not appear as an activity when attempting to register. Should I simply register as an Agence de Voyage? Wouldn’t Accompaganteur de touristes be considered a profession libérale? The service I offer is based on my knowledge and a dash of showmanship. (Activités de Agences de Voyage automatically selects activité commerciale). When should I register? I am getting everything else together hoping to get started in about 12 weeks.
