Registering as a tutor via Skype?

I have decided to register as a tutor. I would be tutoring mostly in the UK, via Skype, but also some ex-pat English children in France. I may expand into doing some tutoring in my home. All of this would be to the English national curriculum standard/GCSE. I want to register as an auto-entrepreneur, ideally, but have the following questions. Would I be an agent commerciale? Can I give lessons via Skype in the UK on the auto-entrepreneur scheme?
