Sorry, I’m going back to a previous topic I started. I think the last thread was closed.
You said that in order to register as a builder, one of the requirements is: 3 years experience as employee or self employed in the field that you want to do.
How can he gain 3 years experience as a self employed builder if he is not allowed to register to do that?
