registering an online account for URSSAF / Paying via cheque
I’ve been trying to register for an online account to pay my quarterly taxes/charges (https://www.autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr/)
However, it won’t accept the social security number I have. I’m using the same social security number printed on the paper forms that they sent me (declaration de chiffre d’affaires). I expect this is because the number is temporary - they recently requested further copies of my passport and RIB which I have just posted. Anyone else have this problem?
In the meantime, there doesn’t seem to be an option to pay via cheque - the payment instructions printed on the back of the forms just explain about setting up an online account - there is no address to send a cheque to.
Can I just send a cheque with the forms back to their postal address? I found this on their website:
