Registering a business during the complément de libre choix d’activité?

Hello Valérie! Excellent forum, thank you.

I closed down a previous auto-entrepreneur business (commerce) in 2009 after the birth of my second child. I’m currently receiving the full-time complément de libre choix d’activité, which about 680€ per month, all included. I am thinking about declaring as an auto-entrepreneur (libéral) from 1st June 2011, as although I have another year of the CLCA left, work has started coming in. Please could you confirm that the following is correct?

- I think I will be able to go part-time on the CLCA and only lose about 150€ a month, and that I can earn up to 1600€ a month as an independent worker non-salarié and still keep the rest of my part-time CLCA.
- I can claim the ACCRE for a year?
- I can maintain my full time CLCA rate for two months after the creation of the business?

Can you think of any other problems I might be causing for myself by doing this?

Would the fact that I was previously the owner of an auto-entrepreneur registered business cause me any problems or complications with this new registration? The business existed from June 2007 until July 2009. Before this I was registered unemployed, and I benefited from the ACCRE for that business creation. I think enough time has passed that this shouldn’t be a problem?

Many thanks
Victoria
