Registered on line…what next?

My husband and I registered online for auto-entrepreneur on the 21st Dec and have just received some emails. I have had three emails from URSSAF today:

CENTRE DE FORMALITES DES ENTREPRISES : Dossier valide
CENTRE DE FORMALITES DES ENTREPRISES : Dossier tele declare
CENTRE DE FORMALITES DES ENTREPRISES : Reception de votre dossier - Recepisse de depot de dossier de creation d’entreprise

My husband has had the first two, although they came a little after mine so his third one may be on the way. Are we in? What do we need to do next, if anything? Do we keep the existing Carte Vitale (from E106 which finishes tomorrow) and just update it at one of the mise en jour places and it will keep working?
