Registered as auto-entrepreneur what next for carte vitale?

I have just received my registration document as an auto-entrepreneur. Please could you advise on what I need to do next to sort out my Carte Vitale? Do I need to contact the RSI for an attestation and Carte Vitale or do they get in contact with people first? I did get an attestation from CPAM (under an S1 form) but I have not sent off for the Carte Vitale in order to avoid confusion. I was about to register as an auto-entrepreneur, so I asked CPAM what to do and they advised me to wait and get the Carte Vitale through the RSI as my status would change. Do I need to contact CPAM again when I have an attestation from the RSI, to cancel the attestation I received from CPAM?
