Register as an auto-entrepreneur for cleaner and gite changeovers?
I have a question regarding my partner considering becoming a auto-entrepreneur. I have been in business here since 2007 and am at pressent registered as auto-entrepreneur social fiscale. I live with my partner, but we are not in a pacs and the property is currently in her name only. She is currently in the taxe system, as she works some small hours at a local hotel doing cleaning and earns around 500 euro a year. She has the chance to do changeovers for some local gites and would earn around 3000 euro from this.
If she registered as an auto-entrepreneur, and then contracted out to the hotel and the gite work, what would she pay in social charges/ taxe etc? She is currently on my carte vital so would this change and would it affect my earnings/ taxe if she started her own small business? At the end of the day she just wants to be legal, and earn some more pocket money. Is being an auto-entrepreneur worth doing in her situation?
