Regional variations when setting up as new micro entrepreneur

I have two dwellings in France, one in the Limousin the other in the Dordogne. As far as I am concerned, it is a technicality as to which one I register as my permanent residence and business address, though a decision will be made soon.
The question:
Are there any differences between these two regions from the perspective of setting up new micro entrepreneur? It is likely I will be registering as IT and Business services and support (URSSAF), and Gardening and Handyman services (Chambre de Metiers).
