What is regimes de retraite complementaire?

Having recently registered as an Auto-entrepreneur, I have received a letter from a company called Reunica with the title Urgent - Vos Regimes de Retraite Complementaire Obligatoires, asking me to fill in a formulaire d’adhesions choix des institutions. I think it is asking me to sign up to agirc or arrco. Can somebody please explain to me what this is please?
