Reclaiming TVA on a vehicle

Are there any legal issues with purchasing a vehicle and claiming the TVA back as an Auto in France?

I’m TVA registered and was wondering if it’d be a good cost saving exercise. I’d like to buy a small commercial van to travel to meetings. However I’m a web developer so I don’t know if there are any rules on the vehicle type that would be acceptable or if the system really doesn’t mind?
