Setting up an online business in France

I am currently trying to open an online business and was wondering if I would need to register in France where I reside. The business would be seeling items online at discount prices also some ebay. I would be selling worldwide. By applying for auto entrepreneur online what else would I have to do? Would the Website be registered also or would I have to do something else? I speak little french so I would probably have to apply in person would anyone know if there is an english speaking representative present? 06 Cannes Alps-Maritimes.
