Re-opening closed auto-entrepreneur under 12 months
I read in another answer that you cannot re-open an AE within 12 months.
I closed my AE in March 2021 as I started working as a salarié and no longer needed it. However my situation has no changed and I am once again going to be working as an independent, within the same capacity and same code APE as before.
I have some clients that want me to start working in January 2022, however that is within 12 months of having closed my old AE.
I know that I cannot reopen within 12 months. However, if I try to re-open in April 2022, can I include on the form that the start date of the activity was January 2022?
Finally, what is the procedure for reopening? When I log into my account at https://www.autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr, I can see all my details are still there etc.
