Question regarding Declaration Trimestrielle

My wife became a micro-entrepreneur in December 2018. From that time until now she’s received several direct virements valued around 1100 euro, however she didn’t issue any factures, and doesn’t have a dedicated business bank account yet.
She recently received her first Déclaration Trimestrielle. What do you suggest that she do? Is it a problem that she didn’t issue a facture?
