Question about filling in monthly tax declaration to URSAFF.

My first month of trading ended on 31 August, and although I didn’t make any money I went on to declare zero.
On the second page of the declaration, it asked for social contribution amount and a couple of other figures.
My questions are, are these fields auto-populated? So for example if I put in 1,000 Euros does the URSAFF website calculate the amount of social contributions etc? If not, how do work out these percentages? Is there a guide for this amongst your videos?
Secondly, if I have earned zero - can I make optional social contributions that month and what are the guidelines for this.
