Quarterly To Monthly Payments For A/E?

For the last few months, I have made quarterly payments for A/E.
1) If I would like to change to monthly payments from January - how do I do this? And what date is it payable each month?
E.g. all income from January 2023 payable by x date in February?
2) Are these also the same dates for VAT/TVA payments if paid monthly?
