Quarterly tax declaration

My snack business was registered in April 2020, and I elected to declare my tax quarterly, so the first declaration is due soon. What is the process for this? Your reply to a post in 2019 to a similar question mentions that URSSAF will send a form - when should I expect it? Will I be able to make these declarations online after the first one, as with income tax returns?
