Quarterly business declaration online?

I have received my first RSI quarterly declaration forms for my business in France. As I am currently in the UK I thought it would be easier to complete them online but now I’m not so sure. I’ve registered online selecting the auto-entrepreneur option but when I go to try to fill in online it tells me there are no declarations available to me.
Will I not be able to do these ones online as I’ve received a paper form? If I have to do them manually they will be late as I don’t have the French cheque book with me in the UK so can’t send payment.
