Quarterly and yearly taxes

I have few questions on taxes.

  1. I received email from impots.gouv.fr site de la Direction Générale des Finances Publiques asking me to register with them. Création de votre espace professionnel sur le site impots.gouv.fr . I pay tax on my earning online on Net Entreprises.  What does imports does extra? Do I need to register?
  2. My yearly income tax: I submitted the data and received impots certificate for 2017. This certificate will entitle me for discounts next year? Will they send me bill in May 2018 for 2017?
  3. In-habitation tax: I completed the form, but did not hear from them. This payment is also in arrears?
