Qualifications to open a restaurant?

Three friends and I have been thinking for a while about running the local village restaurant. It has just become available to rent as the previous tenants have left and I would like to ask whether we need any formal qualifications to do this? We would operate as a SARL and 2 of the 4 of us have many years of experience chefing and managing restaurants and bars in the UK but no formal qualifications relating to this. Would very much appreciate your input.
