Qualifications to be a florist in France?

I read the topic on qualifications for a Florist in France, I wanted to ask what sort of certificate is required as here in South Africa you do 2 courses (beginners and advanced). Only when both are completed can you get a certificate and can then open a business in flower arranging and selling, but I’m not sure if this is accepted in France. Is there a specific certificate required, if so can you please let me know and I will find out here if I can obtain it here.
