Qualifications required for cooking / lessons?

My wife would like to register as an AE and her choice of business is twofold. Firstly she would like to do catering for private parties, either doing the cooking at our home or if requested at the customers home, is this feasible and are qualifications required. Secondly she would like to do cooking lessons and again either at our home or the customers home, again is this feasible and are qualifications required?
