I am looking at setting up a small business in France with the aim of renting properties after having done them up, but also to sell on.
My questions is what sort of business requirements and costs would be required.
Ie. which is the best form of business entity.
Funding for the first property would be through a French business mortgage of 36,000 euro. with myself adding to the pot. Then doing up and selling on or renting out.
