Proof of conjoint

Having been to the Chambre de Metiers to do a modification we were asked for proof that I was actually a conjoint. Apart from the previous modification application, is there anything else that would prove this? We were in the Aude where conjoints weren’t shown (rightly or wrongly!) on any of the URSSAF declarations but I believe this is different in other departments.
