Profession liberales for wedding planner?

I am setting up as a wedding and events planner business in France. So when I last spoke to you and the chambre de metiers, I was told I fall under commercant, but prestations de services, paying charges of 21.3%.

I have since been with a lady from the chambre de commerce who was very definite that I actually will be a professions liberales, paying 18%, attached to caisse interprofessionnelle de prévoyance et d’assurance vieillesse (CIPAV). She produced a printout from CIPAV which listed Organisateur d’evenements en tous genres as one of the attached professions. Please can you confirm this for me and I need to know if there are any other implications if I am to be a profession libérale. I don’t know much about this category.
