Problems with cfe-metiers online site

I continued to have problems with the cfe- online registration site. I could not access my file even with my username and password. I even emailed them using the email address they gave me and it came back to me undelivered. So, I have printed, dated and signed hard copies of everything and physically posted everything to the Chambre de Metiers today. I hope everything will move forward now… fingers crossed.
