Problem with net enterprises

I’ve made two payments of my social charges so far with no problem. Then I changed my address from Paris to a suburb outside Paris and I received an email saying they had changed my siret number. I have again changed my address back to Paris and nothing has arrived from them yet. When I go on-line to pay my charges it sends me to a screen as if this is my first payment. Do you know what is happening? My French is very limited so I’m struggling to figure out how I can make my payments now.
