Problem with health care ayant droit, who do I call?

Having registered as an auto-entrepreneur including my husband as ayant droit in April this year, I now have my social security number from RSI. I have just spoken with RAM who are sending me my attestation this week and if I translated what I was told correctly, it appears they do not have my husband listed for health cover with me. So, if I receive this document and it is in my name only, please can you advise who should be my first port of call? I’m guessing RSI.
