Problem with 1st Declaration for RSI

Hello, I registered as as an auto entrepreneur Feb 14th 2010 and have just come to fill in my paper version Declaration Trimestrielle de Chiffre D’Affaires. My question is that when I registered, in section 8, I opted to pay my income tax at source but my declaration has been automatically filled with the amount 12% for ventes de marchandises et 21.30% prestations de services.

Can I just manually cross through the figures and alter to 13% and 23% and send the cheque for the correct amount and include a photo copy of my initial registration and a covering letter?

Secondly, will I now receive a bill for taxe professionnel?
