PRO-BTP assurance decennale for a plumber?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur, plumber, and have received a communication from PRO BTP asking me to complete an application form. I have read elsewhere that as an auto-entrepreneur there is no need for me to register with or contribute to PRO BTP as this is only compulsory if the business has employees. I appreciate without the letter I have received you may not be able to give a definitive answer but any comment would be welcome from you or others who are still finding their way through the system.
